Privacy Policy — Arrow IQ: Art Puzzle

This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow IQ: Art Puzzle (“the App”) handles information.

1. Information stored on your device

The App does not require an account and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone recordings, or precise location. Gameplay data is stored locally on your device, including game progress, level state, coins, energy/timers, hearts, moves, theme, sound and vibration preferences, and limited ad-display state. Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

2. Advertising and consent

The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy/advertising consent where required. Depending on your region, device, consent choices and Google's configuration, Google and advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from IP, device/app information, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, fraud-prevention and performance data.

3. Internet access

The core game content and Three.js engine are bundled inside the Android app and do not require Higgsfield or another game-content server to start. Internet access is primarily used for ads, consent messaging and related Google services. Ads may be unavailable without internet access.

4. Android permissions

The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call log or precise GPS location permissions.

5. Use, sharing and sale of data

Local gameplay data is used only to save progress and preferences. GodVibeGames does not independently sell personal information. Google and its advertising partners may process information when AdMob and UMP are used, subject to their policies and your applicable consent choices.

6. Retention and deletion

You can remove locally stored gameplay data by clearing the App's storage/data in Android settings or uninstalling the App. Data processed by Google or advertising partners is retained according to those providers' policies.

7. Your choices

Where required, Google UMP presents privacy/consent options. You may also use Android and Google account advertising/privacy controls. Clearing App data or uninstalling the App removes local gameplay information.

8. Children's privacy

The App does not ask users to directly provide personal profile information. If the App is distributed to an audience subject to child-protection or age-related advertising rules, the developer will configure distribution and advertising settings to comply with applicable requirements.

9. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the App and locally stored gameplay data. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the App, advertising services, legal requirements or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.

1. Cihazda saklanan bilgiler

2. Reklam ve izin hizmetleri

Uygulama banner, geçiş ve ödüllü reklamlar için Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), gerekli bölgelerde gizlilik/reklam izinleri için Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) kullanır. Bölge, cihaz, izin tercihleri ve Google yapılandırmasına bağlı olarak Google ve reklam ortakları reklam tanımlayıcıları, IP adresi ve IP'den tahmin edilen yaklaşık konum, cihaz/uygulama bilgileri, reklam gösterimleri ve etkileşimleri, tanılama, sahtekarlığı önleme ve performans verilerini işleyebilir.

7. Tercihleriniz

8. Çocukların gizliliği

9. Güvenlik

Uygulamayı ve yerel oyun verilerini korumak için makul teknik önlemler uygulanır; hiçbir elektronik depolama veya iletim yöntemi tamamen güvenli olarak garanti edilemez.

10. Değişiklikler

Uygulama, reklam hizmetleri, yasal gereklilikler veya veri uygulamaları değiştiğinde bu politika güncellenebilir.
